I work with Trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, BPD, OCD, Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Stress, and ADHD. I specializes in supporting First Responders, Military, Student Athletes, Blue Collar and Rural Industries.
I bring a diverse background in guest support, management, athletic coaching, and agriculture giving me a practical, down to earth approach to therapy. I have worked closely with people from all walks of life and have developed a strong ability to build a genuine connection through compassionate communication, honesty, and authentic support.
I value collaboration in the therapeutic process and believe that every individual brings unique strengths into the counselling room. My work is grounded in person-centered therapy, while also incorporating evidence-based approaches such as trauma - informed, IFS, DBT, EFT, and Attachment based modalities.
My goal is to foster a welcoming and supportive environment where my clients feel truly seen and heard. I believe that meaningful growth emerges within a strong therapeutic relationship, one that nurtures and builds upon each client’s inherent strengths.
I am passionate about supporting members of the military, first responders, and those in agricultural and blue-collar communities. These communities often carry heavy responsibilities while putting their own well-being last.
Military members and veterans may struggle with the lasting effects of trauma, hypervigilance, nightmares, or difficulties reconnecting with others. First responders often live under constant pressure, facing high-stress situations, compassion fatigue, sleep challenges, and the difficulty of fully “shutting off.”
I personally understand the unique pressures faced within agricultural and blue-collar communities. Long hours, isolation, financial strain, unpredictable conditions, and the weight of responsibility.
These communities are characterized by a strong expectation to stay tough, put your head down, and keep pushing through; even when things feel overwhelming. This leaves people carrying stress, burnout, hopelessness, or the feeling that no one truly understands what they are facing.
If you are seeking a down-to-earth, supportive space where you can speak openly without judgment, feel understood, and begin to lay down some of the weight you have been carrying alone, you are in the right place.
