Hi, I’m Brooke Houghton.
I am a trauma-informed therapist who combines
evidence-based practice with a diverse background in
leadership, guest services, collegiate athletics, and
agriculture. My varied experiences have strengthened
my ability to build genuine therapeutic relationships,
communicate with empathy, and support clients from all
walks of life.
I was raised in Southern Alberta and I am now based in Manitoba, I am a military spouse and mother who understands the importance of resilience, connection, and adaptability.
When I am not in the office, you'll likely find me playing
